Syntegon offers a vast range of filling machines for powder, granule and other dry filling applications, including the FVS auger filler series, specially designed for the volumetric filling of a wide range of free-flowing products. Part of this series are four specific auger fillers that ensure very high dosing accuracy for both very small and big batches. Syntegon is a single-source supplier of vertical packaging systems that can produce a wide range of popular bag styles for all types of foods, from free-flowing powders and lightweight snacks, to delicate cookies and crackers, to IQF fruits, vegetables, and meats. Featured Syntegon baggers include the SVE 3822 LR, a continuous motion vertical bagger for basic bag styles including doy, pillow, gusseted and block bottom bags, both small and large. The low height of the SVE 3822 LR allows integration of filling equipment such as scales, augers, and metal detectors, while the compact footprint allows customers to optimize the use of their floor space for secondary packaging equipment. Syntegon cup fillers are designed to meet 3-A standards and process up to 60,000 cups/hour. They can be equipped with different types of packaging disinfection (UVC, Pulsed Light or H2O2), and can feature CIP and SIP systems for higher automation.
