Through its partnership with GHD Hartmann in Germany, Rexfab offers the HARTMANN PP 30 automatic pillow packaging machine. This wrapper can handle variable package sizes with up to 30-40 products such as breads, buns, snacks and other baked goods. It meets special market requirements and product-specific conditions. The packaging consists of an upper and lower continuous foil, between which the products are grouped and tightly sealed. Optional sealing units allow subdivisions of the packages with or without separating cut.

Through a partnership with SR Pack in Denmark, Rexfab offers the BXF Standard for fully automated case loading. This reliable machine packs a wide range of bread products and bag closures with quick and easy adjustments for changing patterns. BXF Standard handles bags closed with clip bands, welded bags, paper bags, and open-ended bags reflecting the traditional craft of the artisan baker. Typical products used with this case packer include sandwich bread, buns, hot dog and hamburger buns, bagels and English muffins.
