Designed for wine bottles, Evergreen’s aluminum ROPP caps come with foam, silicone, TPE and other liners, available with hot stamping, embossing, color printing, electroplating and color coating. Crowns for beer and carbonated drinks come in 26-mm twist-off and pry-off formats with PVC-free and oxygen absorbent liners with inner and outer color printing options. Evergreen also supplies lug caps in 12 different diameter options ranging from 30 to 100 mm and in a variety of styles with 8 color printing, in BPA, BPA-NI, oily and non-oily coating formats.

Evergreen supplies small pouches and flexible laminated and extrusion tubes for health and beauty, food, pharmaceutical applications, including several sustainable packaging formats. Pouches are available in custom sizes (max width 600 mm; no limit on length). Formats and styles include regular, zip lock, stand-up, spout and custom shapes. Pouches are available rotogravure printed in 10-colors, in glossy and matte coating formats. Laminated tubes come in ABL, PBL, paper tubes and poly foil, and can fit screw, flip top, snaps, gland, positioned and customized closures. Extrusion tubes come in monolayer, 5-layer EVOH, fully recyclable HDPE, bio-based (sugarcane) materials, with decorations including offset, silkscreen, hot stamping, labeling, heat transfer, ML, pad printing, soft touch and shrink sleeve. Sustainable flexible products include fully recyclable and bio-resin flexible tubes, paper tubes and more.
